Clean room in a quiet neighborhood, but the breakfast options were limited. Good access to public transport nearby.

Great Hotel close to the Metro and transport. Within walking distance of The Last Supper. Great staff who helped out. Also close to the BikeMi rental bike stand which were terrific for a self tour of the city at little cost. Would stay again anytime. Good value.
Breakfast not so good but we were over most breakfasts by then anyway!

The location is great and absolutely perfect, 1 km from a terracotta Renaissance church. The employees are kind and always polite...
Nothing, all was good.

The breakfast was a joke, with hardly any options and supermarket bread served, how quaint! And of course, i expected a room upgrade for my 'troubles', but clearly, that was too much to ask for! I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

The room I stayed in was spacious with a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast outside. Location-wise, it was conveniently located just a short walk from the metro and tram stations. The bathroom had a small shower stall, which was a bit cramped, but the cleanliness and overall comfort of the room made up for it. I'd highly recommend this place for its welcoming atmosphere and great amenities, especially after long days of sightseeing!

We loved how conveniently located the hotel was in terms of getting to the Duomo, the city center and all the shops. It was perfect walking distance to everything. The staff was very helpful with our questions of restaurants and transit. The pillows are wonderful and the breakfast is great with prosciutto, cheeses, yogurt breads and fruits.
I did not like the ringing of the phone in the main lobby from the reception. The volume could be placed a little bit lower.

Not in the center of touristic zones, but historical places very close to it. 10 minutes to closest metro stations by foot which is not actual for people who prefer bicycle - BikeMe station is 100 meters from the hotel. Old building with the same rooms, nice furnished, without any exquisite design. Friendly personnel, usual breakfast, nice price.
I have been there two times, so for the first time I had a room with courtyard view which is better if you like to open all the windows in warm periods. Other rooms have nice view at old buildings but there is quite noisy.

The air conditioning in my room was quite disappointing. It failed to cool the space and blew warm air. I also found the breakfast options to be very limited, with bread that seemed store-bought rather than fresh. The shower stall was cramped and uncomfortable, quite inconvenient.

quiet location, good hotel facilities, spacious room
breakfast could be more diverse. Room is spacious, but it was not really cozy for me, because of lighting options maybe

Everything! Great Staff: They are nice and really kind. They try help you wirh everything. And they were the most efficient, helpfull and polite staff during our 31 days in Europe (20 in Italy). Breakfast well served (variety of food). The room is comfortable. The decor is a mix, because the building is antique(very well preserved) and inside the hotel is nice, actual, simple and we realize that is new and useful to clean and preserve. There is a modern glass elevator and around it there is a beautiful antique stairs. Hotel perfectly clean everywhere. Even the comom area at the building (entrance, hall, elevator, stairs) Wifi connection is free and perfect. Location is great (close to metro stop - line 1)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, showing us to our rooms straight away even though we arrived an hour before the check-in time. They gave us a city map and advised us of all the areas to visit. They were also more than happy to prepare an early breakfast for us since we had an early flight home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We liked the rustic ceilings and the old building had lots of character. The new bathrooms and free wi-fi were a bonus. Although the rooms had no tea-making facilities, the staff at reception happily made us hot drinks to take to our rooms when we asked. The hotel was in a great location; a nice, safe area and only a few minutes walk from Conciliazione Metro station. There was also a supermarket, pharmacy and shops nearby. We found it very easy to reach the major sites of interest. Hotel Panizza is a small, friendly hotel with great staff - something of a gem! We definitely recommend! N.B. A tip for those staying here - the hotel is on the 2nd floor of an apartment block so the entrance is shared. It's quite easy to miss the small hotel sign if you're expecting something bigger!
It would have been nice to have some more savoury options at breakfast. However, this is just a personal preference and it definitely wouldn't put us off staying here again. There were lots of choices for those who enjoy a sweeter breakfast.
